个人简介：王臣，女，1987年4月生，吉林省吉林市人，社会心理学博士。2007-2014年在北京师范大学就读，先后取得心理学本科学位和教育心理学方向学术硕士学位，2015-2019年留学昆士兰科技大学，在心理与咨询系攻读博士并取得学位。2020年起进入绍兴文理学院教师教育学院工作。

研究方向：社会心理学，以文化研究为主，采用问卷调查和访谈等方法，关注跨文化能力的影响因素及发展变化；教育心理学，以高等教育范畴内的教育教学研究为主。课堂学习部分关注学生和教师的情绪及相互影响，课外学习部分关注经验学习（如服务学习和留学经历）对学生社会性发展的作用。
